How the system works
Pump draws water
The Aquantis+ 200M pulls water from the pool through the skimmers and suction lines.
Filter traps debris
Water passes through the two layers of glass media in the CWS-T900, where debris is captured.
Chlorinator sanitises
The ZenQua Next 40 produces chlorine from the salt in the filtered water.
Clean water returns
Filtered, sanitised water flows back to the pool through the return inlets.
Who it's for
Ideal for pools holding 110 - 130 m³ of water (width × length × average depth), such as hotel, resort and residential-community pools that want soft, easy-care water.
Installation notes
- Install in this order: pump filter salt chlorinator, with the salt cell as the last item before water returns to the pool.
- Confirm the media quantity meets the CWS-T900 spec (450 kg) before installing. Fill the filter about halfway with water, add the 1.0 -3.0 mm coarse grade as the base layer, then the 0.5 - 1.0 mm fine grade, as the filter manual describes.
- Backwash the new media before normal filtration to flush out fine dust.
- Add salt as specified in the ZenQua Next manual for your pool volume, then run the pump until it has dissolved evenly before switching on the chlorinator.
- Electrical work should be done by a qualified electrician, with a residual-current breaker (RCBO/RCD) and proper earthing.
Maintenance
- Test pH 1-2 times a week and keep it around 7.2-7.6 so the chlorine works effectively.
- When the salt alert shows, check and top up salt as the manual advises, especially after heavy rain or adding fresh water.
- Set output to 50% / 75% / 100% to suit bather load and sunlight, and use Pool Cover Mode when the pool is covered.
- Backwash when the pressure gauge reads noticeably higher than when the media was clean.
- Polarity reversal reduces scale on the cell, but still inspect it periodically per the manual, and empty the pump basket regularly.
