Set highlights
What's in the set
Baracuda Aquantis+ 100M
1 HP pump · 1 unitThe heart of the system. It draws water from the pool, pushes it through the filter and salt chlorinator, and returns clean water to the pool.
Baracuda Crystal Wave CWS-T600
Ø600 mm filter · 1 unitA 600 mm diameter filter that traps sediment and debris, used with the two grades of glass media in the set.
Baracuda ZenQua Next
30 g/h salt chlorinator · 1 setAutomatically converts salt in the pool water into sanitising chlorine while the system runs, with automatic cell cleaning, so you no longer dose chlorine by hand every day.
AstralPool Active Clear Glass, fine grade
0.5 - 1.0 mm · 25 kg × 4 bags (100 kg)The main upper filter layer. It captures fine particles for clear water and backwashes more easily than standard silica sand.
AstralPool Active Clear Glass, coarse grade
1.0 - 3.0 mm · 25 kg × 1 bag (25 kg)The base layer around the laterals. It spreads the water flow evenly and keeps fine media from escaping into the system.

How the system works
Pump draws water
The Aquantis+ 100M pulls water from the pool through the skimmer and suction lines.
Filter traps debris
Water flows through the glass media in the CWS-T600, where debris is captured.
Chlorinator sanitises
The ZenQua Next produces chlorine from the salt in the filtered water.
Clean water returns
Filtered, sanitised water flows back to the pool through the return inlets.
Who it's for
Ideal for pools holding 70-80 m³ of water (width × length × average depth) and for owners who want soft, easy-care water.
Installation notes
- Install in this order: pump filter salt chlorinator, with the salt cell as the last item before water returns to the pool.
- Fill the filter about halfway with water first, then add the coarse grade (1.0-3.0 mm) as the base layer followed by the fine grade (0.5-1.0 mm), as described in the filter manual.
- Backwash the new media before normal filtration to flush out fine dust.
- Add salt as specified in the ZenQua Next manual based on your pool volume, then run the pump until the salt has dissolved evenly before switching on the chlorinator.
- Electrical work should be done by a qualified electrician, with a residual-current breaker (RCBO/RCD) and proper earthing.

Maintenance
- Test pH 1-2 times a week and keep it around 7.2-7.6 so the chlorine works effectively.
- Check salt levels when the unit alerts you or as the manual advises, and top up when levels drop, such as after heavy rain or adding fresh water.
- Backwash the filter when the pressure gauge reads noticeably higher than when the media was clean.
- Automatic cell cleaning reduces scale on the plates, but still inspect them periodically at the interval given in the manual.
- Empty the skimmer and pump baskets regularly so the pump doesn't have to work harder than it should.
