WINWINPOOL POOL PAINT SYSTEM 75SQ–200 MICRONS for a painted area of approx. 72–75 m² (e.g. a 4 × 8 × 1.5 m pool, approx. 50 m³). A 5-coat system: 2 coats of Concrete Sealer epoxy primer, 2 coats of Unithane W-4000 polyurethane topcoat and 1 final coat of W-4000 Clear, for a target total dry film of approx. 200 microns.

Product Details
WINWINPOOL POOL PAINT SYSTEM 75SQ200 MICRONS is a swimming pool paint kit for a painted area of approx. 7275 m², or a reference pool of about 4 × 8 × 1.5 m (approx. 50 m³).
The system is applied in 5 coats: 2 coats of Concrete Sealer epoxy primer, 2 coats of Unithane W-4000 polyurethane topcoat and 1 coat of W-4000 Clear, targeting 40 microns per coat about 200 microns in total.
Quantities allow for losses in mixing, containers, rollers, surface roughness and absorption. Suitable for correctly prepared concrete, with moisture checked before every coat.

Film Thickness Control
WFT = 40 ÷ 0.55 73 microns per coat
5 coats total: ~200 microns
Check with a wet film comb during application, and confirm each product's volume solids from its latest technical data sheet.
Surface Requirements Before Painting
- New concrete should cure for at least 28 days, with no hydrostatic pressure behind the coating
- The surface must be sound, clean and dry free from dust, oil, grease, algae, efflorescence and deteriorated old paint
- Sand or grind to open the surface for good adhesion, and repair cracks, voids and joints
- Before every coat, check moisture with the concrete moisture meter at several points especially the floor, deep end, corners and repairs

Mixing and Using Thinners
- Stir Part A until uniform, add Part B at the label ratio, and mix at low speed until even
- Mix only what you can use within the pot life
- Never add extra A or B by eye
- Never pour mixed paint back into the original can
Add thinner only as needed for the application method and weather. Over-thinning causes thin film, runs and reduced performance. Never use the wrong thinner.

- Products and thinners are flammable use in well-ventilated areas, away from flames, sparks and heat sources
- Wear gloves, goggles, a vapour respirator and suitable protective equipment; avoid skin contact and inhalation
- Do not paint on wet surfaces, surfaces under hydrostatic pressure, or concrete that has not fully cured
- Quantities and times are guidance and may vary with temperature, humidity, ventilation and actual surface conditions
- Check the label and the latest product data sheet before use
Not covered: structural cracking, hydrostatic back-pressure, excess moisture, improper surface preparation or mixing, and unsuitable water quality.
