1. Product Description
Unithane W-4000 Clear is a high-quality 2-component polyurethane coating designed for general-purpose use with excellent durability. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Free from mercury and lead.

2. Key Properties
High gloss and durability. Resistant to scratches, impacts, UV exposure, chemicals, moisture, mold, and corrosion. Easy to clean.

3. Applications
Suitable for topcoat application on various surfaces including wood, steel, cement, concrete, and other metals. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.

Application Instructions:

• Application tools: brush, roller, or spray
• Mix Part A and Part B at ratio 4:1 until uniform
• Thin with W-M-22 (010% by volume if needed)
• Concrete surface moisture should be below 14%
• New concrete must cure at least 28 days before application
• Avoid exposure to water, chemicals, or heavy load until fully cured

Coverage for Swimming Pools:

Recommended: 2 coats

Example 1:
Pool size 3x4x1.3m (~30 sq.m.)
- 1 set (3L): covers 3040 sq.m. (1 coat)
- 2 sets (6L): covers 2 coats

Example 2:
Pool size 4x8x1.5m (~68 sq.m.)
- 4 sets (12L): covers 6080 sq.m. (2 coats)
