Terms and Conditions of Payment
You agree to comply with all guidelines, directives, operational procedures, policies, and recommendations concerning the ordering of products through the platform, including any amendments to the aforementioned issued by us. You are deemed to have been notified of and accepted the obligations of such changes upon their publication on the platform. These Terms and Conditions of Payment shall only apply to the ordering and payment for products made by you and the seller.

  1. You agree to pay for the products using a legally valid credit or debit card.
  2. You agree not to subsequently cancel the payment unless the product order between you and the seller is not fulfilled, the product is not delivered, or the product you received is significantly different from the details you received from the seller, at the seller's discretion.
  3. You acknowledge that successful refunds can only be processed when the seller consents and initiates the refund request.
  4. You acknowledge that all refunds will be processed via the original payment mechanism and paid to the person who made the original payment.
  5. You acknowledge that there is no guarantee that refunds will be credited to your account promptly. The refund process may take time and is dependent on the respective bank and/or payment service provider processing the refund.

Product Return and Exchange Policy
The Company reserves the right to accept returns within 3 days after you receive and inspect the product. If you find any errors caused by the Company, you may return or exchange the product, following these procedures:

1. If a product defect/error is found, please contact the Company to request an exchange/return within 3 days from the date of receipt.
2. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the Company.
3. The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, with packaging in good condition, and all accessories and manuals complete. The Company reserves the right to refuse the exchange/return if the specified conditions are not met.
4. Once the Company receives the product and verifies the reported error, we will process the refund or exchange the product as agreed upon.
 
Cases where Returns or Exchanges are Not Accepted
1. The product has been used.
2. The product is not in its original condition (e.g., damaged packaging, missing peripherals, or incomplete accessories in the set).
3. The product is not the model or type that the Company originally shipped.
