Epoxy Heavy Duty Concrete Sealer (2-Component System) Swimming Pool Primer

High-performance epoxy primer designed for swimming pool surfaces and concrete applications. Provides excellent adhesion, deep penetration, and superior resistance to water, chemicals, acids, and alkalis.

Recommended Thinner: Thinner M-68 (for Epoxy System)

Part A: 3.028 Liters
Part B: 0.757 Liters

Coverage Guide:

• 1 set (A+B) covers approximately 3040 m² per coat
• For 30 m² pool (3×4×1.3 m): use 2 sets for 2 coats
• For 68 m² pool (4×8×1.5 m): use 4 sets for 2 coats

Application Instructions:

Step 1: Surface Preparation

• Surface must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants
• For new concrete: follow ISO 8504 standards
• For old surfaces: clean using high-pressure water jet (WJ3 / NACE No.5 / SSPC-SP12)
• Mechanical grinding or shot blasting is recommended for best adhesion
• Acid etching (10% HCl solution) may be used for surface preparation

Step 2: Primer Application

• Apply Epoxy Concrete Sealer (2-component system)
• Mix Part A and Part B at ratio 4:1 thoroughly
• Allow at least 6 hours between coats

Step 3: Topcoat Application

• Apply topcoat with Epoxy or Polyurethane system (e.g., Unithane W-4000)

Important Notes:

• Ensure surface is completely dry before application
• Avoid high humidity environments during application
• Proper ventilation is required
