Integrated salt chlorination for your pool
LASWIM EC Plus uses electrolysis to generate a chlorine sanitizer from salt dissolved in pool water. Its controller and cell form one compact unit, reducing installation space and connection points. It is suited to small and medium-sized pools. Regular testing and balancing of pool water are still required.

Controls and protection
Select 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, or 100% to match your pools chlorine demand.
Polarity reversal helps reduce scale on the cell plates; inspect the cell regularly.
Displays an alert code when an abnormal condition is detected. Refer to the model-specific manual for its meaning.
INSTALLATION GUIDANCE
Installation points to check
Install on the pool return line downstream of the pump and filter, following the manufacturers specified flow direction. If a bypass is used, provide a suitable flow-control valve and isolation points for the actual plumbing layout.
02 · Connection sizeCheck that the 1.5 in / 50 mm unions fit the pipework before permanently securing them. Leave enough clearance to remove the cell for maintenance.
Use the power supply specified for the model and install residual-current protection as required by local regulations. Have a qualified installer check its connection to the pump system.
04 · Installation locationChoose a well-ventilated location and protect the unit from rain, strong sunlight, and splashing as directed in the product manual.
Water and cell maintenance
Test free chlorine, pH, and actual salinity before adjusting output. The chlorinator does not automatically measure and control every water-quality parameter. If salt is needed, use pool salt meeting the unit manuals requirements. Distribute it and allow it to dissolve throughout the pool before starting chlorine production.
Salt to add (kg) = pool volume (m³) × [target salinity measured salinity] (ppm) ÷ 1,000
Example: For a 50 m³ pool measuring 2,500 ppm, a target of 3,500 ppm calls for approximately 50 kg of salt. Retest after the salt dissolves and the water circulates.
Inspect the cell and any scale at the recommended maintenance intervals. Switch off the power supply and pump, then release pipe pressure before removing parts. If cell-cleaning solution is required, follow the dilution and procedure in the manual for the supplied model, wear protective equipment, and avoid scraping titanium plates with metal.
