Basic Installation Steps
Choose a well-ventilated area near the pool to place the pump and filter, away from standing water, allowing easy routing for electrical wiring and plumbing.
Connect the suction pipe from the pool to the pump, then from the pump to the filter, and return clean water to the pool using the pipes and fittings provided in the set.
Fill the tank to about 60-70% with the provided 0.5-1.0 mm fine filter sand (50 kg/bag). Do not use construction sand.
Install the Electrode Cell on the outlet pipe after the filter. Wire it to the Control Box, and set the output and water salt level (3,000-5,000 ppm).
Wire to a standard 220V power source. Turn on the pump and check for any water leaks. Flush the system using Backwash mode before use.
Measure the pH to maintain 7.2-7.8. Check the salt level, turn on the automatic chlorinator, and the pool is ready to use!
