ถังกรองทราย BOBBIN WOUND Oslo filters 4 bar Ø 1400 /Flow rate 46 m3/h

AstralPool high performance vertical bobbin wound filters are manufactured using reinforced polyester with glass fibre, which is completely anti-corrosive, with high mechanical, chemical and thermal resistance. One of its main characteristics is the height of its filtering layer. The higher this is, the better its performance.

CHARACTERISTICS:
- Manhole Ø 400
- MANUAL AIR PURGE
- PVC Piping
- Side manhole Ø 400
- PP Nozzle plate
- Connection for air washing
- Polyester foot
- Sight glass: This can be placed in different positions for regular inspection of the level of sand and checking of the expansion of the layer during the washing phase.
- Side manhole: This can be placed in different positions to unload the filtering medium and facilitate access to the inside.
- Nozzle plate: False bottom system with nozzle plate for air washing. Water consumption decreases with the provision of air during the washing phase, reducing costs and contributing to preserving water reserves. Areas of stagnant water found in conventional collection arm models are also removed.
- Collection systems: Collector system of arms with 0.3 mm grooves, uniformly distributed for the water to circulate properly.
- Maximum operating temperature 50ºC.
- Complies with the European Directive 97/23/CE on Pressure Equipment included in Section 3 of Article 3.
- Hydraulic pressure test at 1.5 x maximum acceptable pressure.
- Resistance and thickness calculations are based on the regulations BS-4994 and AD-Merkblatt N1.
- PVC internal parts and piping.
- PP nozzle plates.
- Lower connection for air washing in models with nozzle plate.
- AISI-316 stainless steel screws.
- EPDM joints.
- Client's choice of connections, sight glasses and manholes.
- Various connection and purge diameters.
- Upper manhole Ø 400
- Upper air purge connection;
- Nozzle plate with 0.5mm slots
- Collector arms with 0.3 mm slots
- Manhole under plate
- Working pressure 2.5 bar
- Working pressure 4 bar
- Lower water emptying
- Filtering layer 1200
- Filtering layer 1500
- Manometer panel
- Methacrylate sight glass ø 135
- Methacrylate sight glass ø 400
- Side manhole Ø 225
- Side manhole Ø 400
- Side manhole Ø 500
- Side manhole Ø 600
- Lower connection for air washing included as standard only in all models with nozzle plates.
- Lower sand discharge, only in the Oslo model with collection arms.

ADVANTAGES:
- With increased filtering power, higher water quality is obtained. Increasing the retention power reduces the levels of turbidity and pollutants in filtered water.
- The time between washes increases proportionally with the height of the layer, so that shorter interruptions in filtering take place, as well as lower water consumption as the number of washes necessary decreases. There is also less erosion of filtering material.
- The most effective filtering and washing is obtained from the best combination of anthracite, sand and gravel recommended for 1.2 m high layers, decreasing the loss of load and increasing the power of retention.

OPTIONS:
- Sightglasses
- Filtering area
- Total weight in service Optionally, valve batteries can be supplied.
- Please ask about other options and pressures.
- Special heights may be manufactured to order.
- Vinylester interior coating: For interior coatings resistant to ozone (max. ozone concentration 0.4 ppm) or other agents, it is essential to specify clearly the characteristics of the liquid to be filtered, in order to manufacture the filter to order.
