A portable filtration system that goes wherever the dirt is

The Mobile Cleaning set puts the pump and filter on a single cart. Roll it to the spot you need to vacuum and get straight to work, with everything you need to vacuum and brush the pool surfaces included in the set.

The Hayward Super II 2 HP pump draws water and debris through the Hayward DE6220 D.E. filter before returning filtered water to the pool. It traps dirt and fine sediment, and works with D.E. filter powder as specified in the manufacturer's manual.

How water flows through the system

Water and debris pass through each component in this order before returning to the pool cleaner than before.

1

Vacuum head

Moves across the pool floor and picks up settled debris

2

15 m suction hose

Carries water and debris up to the cart

3

Super II pump

Creates suction through the vacuum pipe set

4

DE6220 filter

D.E. powder traps fine sediment

5

Back to the pool

Filtered water flows back into the pool

Who it's for

This set is designed for maintaining large pools and pools with many users.

Hotels and resorts

Daily vacuuming before the pool opens to guests.

Housing estates and condos

Building teams can clean communal pools without relying on the main filtration system.

Clubs and public pools

Large pools whose surfaces need frequent cleaning.

Pool service companies

Technicians covering multiple sites who need a portable, ready-to-use set.

Basic operation

1

Prepare the filter

Clean the filter and add D.E. powder as specified in the manufacturer's manual.

2

Connect the hose

Connect the suction hose securely to the vacuum head and the vacuum pipe set.

3

Prime the system

Fill the suction hose and pump completely with water to purge the air before switching on the pump.

4

Vacuum slowly

Move the vacuum head slowly to keep debris from stirring up.

5

Watch the pressure

Check the filter pressure gauge while working. If the pressure rises sharply, stop and clean the filter.

Safety precautions

Always use a power supply with proper grounding and residual current protection (RCD/RCBO).

Never run the pump dry, as this can damage the seal and internal components.

Keep the breaker box and plug away from water, and never run the power cable through wet areas.

Wear a dust mask when pouring D.E. powder, and keep children away while the unit is running.

Maintenance for everyday readiness

General guidelines. Please read together with each manufacturer's manual.

After every use

Drain the suction hose, clean the pump strainer basket and coil the hose without kinking it.

When pressure rises

Clean the filter and recharge with fresh D.E. powder in the amount specified by the manufacturer.

Monthly

Check O-rings, fittings and any leaks around the pump and filter. Inspect the brush bristles and vacuum head wheels.

Per manufacturer schedule

Remove and clean the filter grids inside the DE6220 to maintain filtration performance.

Cart and electrics

Wipe salt or chlorine residue off the stainless steel. Check the wheels, cable and plug for damage.

Storage

Store in the shade, avoid constant sun exposure, and drain the pump if it will not be used for a long time.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from vacuuming through the pool's main filtration system?

The cart has its own pump and filter, so you can vacuum without relying on the pool's vacuum line or plant room, and without loading the main filter with heavy debris. It is ideal for large pools that need frequent cleaning.

What makes a D.E. filter better than a sand filter?

A D.E. system coats the filter grids with D.E. powder, trapping finer particles than sand, so the water returning to the pool is clearer. The trade-off is that you need to add fresh powder every time you clean the filter.

Is D.E. powder included?

No, it is not part of this set, but you can order it at the same time. Message our team on LINE @winwinpool to ask about the amount you need and pricing.

Can it run on standard 220V power?

The Super II pump in this set runs on 220V and comes with a breaker box and 10 m cable. Plug it into a grounded outlet with residual current protection, and have an electrician confirm the circuit can handle a 2 HP motor.

Is a 15 m hose long enough for my pool?

The 15 m hose plus the telescopic pole of up to 6 m covers a wide area, and you can wheel the cart to new positions around the pool. If your pool is especially long or deep, send us its dimensions and our team will assess it for you.

Can I use it to vacuum a green or very cloudy pool?

Yes. Balance the water chemistry first and let the sediment settle to the floor, then vacuum slowly. Heavy debris makes the filter pressure rise quickly, so keep spare D.E. powder on hand to clean and recharge the filter during the job.
