   1. Product Description
   Unithane W-4000 is a high-performance 2-component polyurethane coating system designed for general-purpose use. It offers exceptional durability and can be used for both interior and exterior applications. Free from mercury and lead.

3. Application Properties
   Suitable for topcoat application on various surfaces including wood, steel, cement, concrete, and all types of metal. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.

   * Dry film thickness: 100150 microns
   * Coverage (theoretical): 2030 sq.m./kg

   * Paint type: 2-component polyurethane system

6. Application Method
   - Tools: Brush, roller, or spray
   - Mixing: Use Thinner M-22 only (other thinners may cause improper mixing or lumps)
   - Application conditions:
      Concrete surface moisture should not exceed 14%
      New concrete should cure at least 28 days before painting
      Avoid exposure to water, chemicals, or pressure before full curing
      Mix Part A and B in ratio 4:1 thoroughly
      Add thinner 010% by volume depending on conditions

7. Consumption for Swimming Pool Application
   Recommended topcoat: 2 coats
   ***Example: Pool size 3x4x1.3m (30 sq.m.)
   - 1 set (3L): covers 3040 sq.m. (1 coat)
   - 2 sets (6L): covers 3040 sq.m. (2 coats)

***Note: Pool size 4x8x1.5m (68 sq.m.)
   - 4 sets (12L): covers 6080 sq.m. (2 coats)
