Easy maintenance
- Wipe the lens with a soft cloth or soft brush whenever you brush the pool walls
- Keep water chemistry balanced to stop scale building up on the lens and dimming the light
- Inspect the lens and face ring regularly. If you see cracks or water inside, switch off the power and call a technician
- Check that junction box connections are dry and tight at least once a year
Before you install
- This light runs on 12V AC only. Power it through a safety transformer. Never connect it directly to 220V mains
- Size the transformer above the combined wattage of all lights, with about 20% headroom
- The cable is 2.5 m long. Place the junction box within reach and above water level
- Match the model to the pool wall: ZIR25-C for concrete, ZIR25-V for fiberglass/vinyl
- If you want colour changing or zone control, plan wiring for the ColourTouch control box from the start
- Underwater electrical work should be done by an experienced electrician, with an RCD and proper earthing

What is the difference between ZIR25-C and ZIR25-V?
Both run on 25W/12V AC. ZIR25-C is for concrete pools and ZIR25-V is for fiberglass and vinyl pools. Body depth differs slightly (180.5 mm and 195.5 mm).
Can I connect it directly to 220V?
No. This light runs on 12V AC and must be connected through a safety transformer to keep swimmers safe.
How do I change the light colour?
Use the optional ColourTouch control box and remote to change colour instantly and synchronise two zones.
How many lights does my pool need?
It depends on pool size, shape, depth and the look you want. Send your pool size and plan to LINE @winwinpool and our team will calculate the number of lights and transformer size for free.
Can it replace the light in an existing pool?
In many cases, yes, as it supports both niche and locknut mounting. Send us a photo of your current light and the opening size so we can check before you order.
