The ProGrid Vertical D.E. Filter is a diatomaceous earth filter (also known as a grid filter) manufactured by HAYWARD, USA. Designed specifically for swimming pool filtration systems of all types and sizes, including spas. It is engineered for superior water flow and crystal-clear water clarity by combining advanced technology features. • Filter tank clamp designed to allow 360° rotation of the multiport valve for convenient installation and use.
• Manual air relief valve for rapid release of trapped air inside the filter tank.
• Tank constructed from durable glass-reinforced polymer to meet the demands of all environmental conditions.
• Top and bottom of the filter tank can be separated for easy access to internal components and simple cleaning/maintenance.
• Heavy-duty, tamper-proof one-piece flange clamp securely fastens the tank top and bottom sections.
• High-strength grid elements designed to withstand high impact and support efficient filtration with bottom-to-top filtering and top-to-bottom backwashing.
• Inlet plumbing distributes water flow evenly across each grid element and D.E. powder for uniform filtration.
• 2” internal piping minimizes resistance, ensuring smooth, full flow and maximum efficiency.
• With up to 72 sq. ft. of filtration area and corrosion-free performance, it ensures years of trouble-free operation for large residential or commercial pools.
