Installation Notes

  • Install the pump below the pool's water level for quick and easy priming.
  • Thanks to the Self-Priming feature, the pump can draw water up to 1.8 m above the water level, so a slightly elevated installation is possible without a check valve - though a position below water level is still recommended for maximum efficiency.
  • For typical in-ground pools, the total system head is usually around 8-10 m - select the pump model based on the performance curve at this head.
  • Leave at least 15-20 cm of clearance around the pump for proper motor heat dissipation.
  • Never install the pump where water can pool or moisture can accumulate. The unit carries an IP55 protection rating, but a roof or cover is still recommended for extra safety.
