We are seeking a branch manager with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage people, sales, and internal branch processes effectively to drive our Pattaya branch and expand our customer base across Eastern Thailand.

01Key Responsibilities

People Management

Manage, supervise, and develop the branchs sales, warehouse, and operations teams.
Plan and assign tasks, monitor results, and evaluate employee performance.
Build a disciplined, accountable team that works effectively together.
Resolve urgent issues and make sound decisions in complex situations.

Sales Management

Plan and manage branch sales to achieve company targets.
Develop new customers, including contractors, pool technicians, construction companies, hotels, resorts, and project clients.
Maintain relationships with key customers and conduct off-site customer visits.
Analyze sales, costs, profits, and business opportunities to improve branch performance.
Support the sales team in negotiations and resolving customer issues.

Product & Technical Knowledge

Learn new products quickly, especially swimming pool equipment, water pumps, filters, salt chlorination systems, and related equipment.
Understand complex product systems and technical operating principles.
Share product knowledge and provide basic guidance to the sales team and customers.
Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to resolve issues effectively.

Inventory & Accounting Systems

Use inventory management, sales, and accounting software proficiently.
Ensure inventory accuracy and control goods receipts, stock issues, and transfers.
Analyze inventory and slow-moving stock reports, and plan replenishment.
Review sales documents, payment receipts, trade receivables, and other branch-related transactions.
Ensure operations comply with internal control procedures and company policies.
Coordinate accurately with head office accounting, finance, and purchasing departments.

Branch Operations

Oversee all Pattaya branch operations systematically and efficiently.
Manage customer service, product delivery, and after-sales service coordination.
Prepare reports on sales, profits, inventory, and operating performance for management.
Identify issues, analyze root causes, and recommend continuous operational improvements.

02Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 35 years of experience in sales management or business management, including team management experience.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, coach, and motivate a team.
Strong analytical, planning, and complex problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software, accounting software, ERP systems, or business management software.
Ability to use Microsoft Excel and analyze numerical business reports.
Practical English communication skills for working with international customers, including sales, product information, and coordination.
A valid car driving license and the ability to drive to off-site customer meetings.
Enthusiasm for learning new products and technologies.
Honesty, transparency, accountability, and commitment to the companys interests.
Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for branch targets.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing a distribution, wholesale, or retail branch.
Experience in swimming pool equipment, water pumps, construction materials, engineering systems, or technical products.
Experience managing sales while controlling branch inventory and costs.
An established network of business customers or contractors in Pattaya and Eastern Thailand.
Ability to start work and take over responsibilities promptly.

Direct experience in swimming pool equipment is not required if you have strong learning and management abilities. The company provides product training and team support.
