The Multiport Valve is designed for use with swimming pool filters. Manufactured from robust materials and hydro-engineered for optimum efficiency, it easily withstands high operating pressures. The valve provides convenient control with 6 built-in operational functions.

Application

• Designed to operate seamlessly with swimming pool filters.

Features (Valve Control Functions)

• FILTER – For normal filtration and pool vacuuming.
• BACKWASH – Reverses flow to clean the sand bed and flush out accumulated debris.
• RINSE – Used after backwashing to flush out remaining dirty water from the valve and resettle the sand bed.
• WASTE – Bypasses the filter. Used for draining the pool, lowering water levels, or vacuuming heavy debris directly to the waste line.
• BY PASS – Circulates water directly back to the pool, bypassing the filter entirely.
• WINTERIZE – Completely shuts off flow for winter equipment protection.
