Over 90% of our products are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. For Pre-order or imported items marked as 'Pre-Order' or indicated as 'Out of Stock', our staff will clearly inform you of the estimated arrival and delivery dates before every purchase. Alternatively, to be certain, please check stock availability before placing an order. 

 


 
 

Does the product come with a warranty?

All products come with a warranty from the manufacturer/importer. Generally, the warranty period is approximately 1 year, but some items carry a 2-year warranty, while others may have no warranty. Please check with our team regarding specific items before placing an order every time.

The warranty start date will be based on the date specified on the receipt.
Customers should keep the receipt as important proof throughout the warranty period.

Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by the following cases:

- Improper use / Misuse
- Dropping or impact during installation by the customer
- The warranty period is not extended after repair/replacement
- The product must be in an unmodified/unaltered condition

2. Other Provinces: 2-4 business days


3. Large items or imported products: 3-5 business days


Delivery time depends on the courier and daily stock availability.

2. General items are shipped via Kerry / Flash / Thailand Post.

The Company reserves the right to return or exchange products only in cases of error caused by the Company. Customers must notify us within 3 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following procedures and conditions:

1. If a defect/error is found, please contact the Company to request an exchange/return within 3 days after receiving the product.

2. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to be exchanged or returned back to the Company.

3. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with packaging in good condition, including all accessories and manuals.

4. Once the Company receives and verifies the error, we will proceed with the refund or send a replacement product as agreed.

Conditions where return or exchange is NOT accepted

1. Products that have already been used.

2. Products not in original condition, e.g., damaged packaging, missing accessories, or incomplete parts.

3. Products that are not the specific model or type sent by the Company.
